HTML mail format

Hi,
I am sending e-mails twice a day to all our subcribers.
One is a plain text mail and a HTML one with images and so on.

The HTML mail is looking good in most mail apps Lotus notes, Hotmail, Gmail and so on
except for MS Outlook 2007 and possibly 2003
For some reason it will not display the correct font:
font-size:12px;font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
It shows all text in I think times new roman or something like that
and messes-up the layout of the mail.

Please some tips or tutorials how to fix this issue...

Thanx in advance.

R.
