Please ask client try with different browser and see if this issue is still persist. If your applent works on different browser for same client, then there could be issue with the browser. In this case browser needs a restart.<br />

Any Idea what browser customer is using? Also, what version of java your code is using?<br />

Having this problem with users on our network, for whatever reason when they are accessing a website that requires an applet to run and load with the browser, it says loading and then just kills the browser. &nbsp;If im log in as an administrator, i dont experience this problem but its not affecting all users. &nbsp;
