I am trying to figure out how to do a menu bar like delphi2007's, where <br />
it has a main menu bar (at least that's what it looks like)<br />
and it looks like a docked panel or something for the form layout option.<br />

I can't figure out how to do it, since main menu and action bar menu won't let me put anything &nbsp;on top, or to the right, of it on the form, it just sorta 'takes over', and I really do need to put a panel on the right of the menu bar....<br />
any ideas?
