We have a user that is able to send but NOT receive any email. These emails are not stuck in the exchange queue. The message tracking center says they have been delivered. This person has not received any email since early this morning. We have checked outlook, his palm pre using activesync and OWA, These emails that should be there are no where to be found. I checked over every tab in Active Directory to make sure his exchange settings were corrected and I couldn't find anything wrong. Please help!
