Moving Terminal Server to a new machine

I have a Terminal Server currently running on a Windows Server 2003 box.

I would like to move it to a Windows 2008 Datacenter HyperV box where I've created a virtual server 2008 - standard server.

How would I go about doing this without stuffing up the existing network?

Are you saying that you would like to move a virtual guest which happens to be used for terminal server access [to something] from Virtual Server to a new Hyper-V box?   ..... or are you saying how do you redirect to the new terminal server on the hyper-v box?

What are you using the terminal server for?  does it need to be moved or can you create a new one in the hyper-v environment and redirect the host name?

i need one terminal server running on the network.

at the moment it's running on a Windows 2003 server. I would like to stop that service alltogether, because we are getting rid of that server box.

I would like to set up my terminal server to run on a new computer as a virtual machine instead.
