I have installed the sonicwall vpn client on to pcs outside of the building in another location and they seem to connect fine, however when trying to browse the domain something isnt working correctly. First I cannot see the domain in my network places to browse...I have to go start-run-\\servername to get to the server with the file shares then it asks me for my domain credentials. Secondly If I disconnect the vpn and then reconnect I cannot then reconnect my outlook to see the exchange server and then cannot get on any other servers. It also doesnt re-ask me for my domain credentials when I try to get to the file share server so it doesnt really know who I am. How do I get to viewing all the computers on the network and also have it ask me for my crednetials again so I can get on the network period. I would think the sonicwall vpn would let you act as if you were in the builing and on the domain but i can seem to get to anything once I disconnect and reconnect to the vpn for the second time.
