I have a motherboard with a built in video card. So the vga connector is attached to the motherboard.  It had been pushed up against a wall and it looks like the vga cable might have damaged the video card.  So i purchased a new Video card that connects via pci express.  But When I turn on the computer I can not see anything.  Do I need to do something first?
