Blackberry Enterprise Server not forwarding emails

A customer has  Blackberry Enterprise Server version 4.1.4.3 that up  until 22nd Oct was quite happily forwarding emails, suddenly it has stopped.
I am not that well versed with BES, so at a loss.
SRP is connected, the software can still communicate with teh device as i have sent a lock request to the device and it appeared on the phone. I assume that the problem lies in communication with the Exchange 2007 server, but have no idea where to look.

I have started/stopped all services in a particular order that somebody on EE suggested, rebooted both the servers, and looked through Event Viewer with no clear indication of where the problem lies. Any ideas?

Is there any error message in the event logs ? Check the MAGT logs and see for any specific error code? Also, any changes made on BES or Exchange ?

I will check the Event Viewer for msg specifically for MAGT. I know that there have ben no changes. All other services seem to be un-affected.

Check that the blackberry dispatcher and router are running.

Goto the services of your OS and look there - if not running try and start them manually
they are running
