A customer has Blackberry Enterprise Server version 220.127.116.11 that up until 22nd Oct was quite happily forwarding emails, suddenly it has stopped.
I am not that well versed with BES, so at a loss.
SRP is connected, the software can still communicate with teh device as i have sent a lock request to the device and it appeared on the phone. I assume that the problem lies in communication with the Exchange 2007 server, but have no idea where to look.
I have started/stopped all services in a particular order that somebody on EE suggested, rebooted both the servers, and looked through Event Viewer with no clear indication of where the problem lies. Any ideas?
