-Organization virtualized most of their servers.
-An attempt was made to P2V their Citrix server.
-The P2V was unsuccessful so Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 was installed on a virtual machine and added to the Citrix Farm.
-The Citrix Farm consists of only one other Citrix server which is the Physical running Presentation Server 3.0.
-The Physical server needs to be decomissioned.
-Citrix server is used for accessing Great Plains which is hosted on another server.
-Virtual Server has Great Plains installed and is pointing to the proper server.

-Physical Server Citrix folder in IIS contains underneath it a Meteframe folder, and two virtual directories PNAgent, and PNAgentAdmin.
-Virtual Server Citrix folder in IIS contains underneath it the PNAgent virtual directory.

This was just dropped in my lap so looking to be pointed in the right direction on where to begin.  The question I would say is how do I finish migrating the physical Citrix Presentation Server 3.0 to the virtual Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 so that the 3.0 server can be removed?
