Overnight the Barracuda Spam/Firewall 300 on a client's network has stopped delivering messages to their excange SBS 2003 server. nothing has changed, aside from changing the admin password on the server due to a hacker who has been able to get into a TS server on the network. If I check the message queue in the barracuda, I see the following:
Deferred: <firstname.lastname@example.org>: connect to 192.168.0.250[192.168.0.250]: Connection refused
Deferred: <email@example.com>: connect to 192.168.0.250[192.168.0.250]: server dropped connection without sending the initial greeting
I'm new to exchange server admin and also the the barracuda, so I have no clue what to do or what to look for ... please help!!
