Does anyone have any references on how the period character behaves in an Outlook 2007 search (on Exchange 2003). I need to search for numbers are in up to 4 number parts separated by periods. Some examples would be 1019.8.19 and 1019.8.19.1

When I search Outlook for a number like this, it seems like it's treating it like a RegEx . when I want it to be a literal period. I couldn't find anything in Outlook or online that describes how a period behaves.
