Hi

I am new to using MS CRM as a development platform. I am unsure what the standard approach should be with regard to the use of custom stored procedures. For example, I want to include an Iframe into a page in CRM. This iframe will capture data which is then to be used in processing to create other information which is to be stored in a custom entity within the CRM database. The processing is to be carried out by a custom written stored procedure. I guess I have two overall questions. The first is, am I on the right track in terms of is this the approach. If it is, then am I corrcet in assuming that the custom stored procedure would be stored within the CRM database? Another question relates to the custom stored procedure in terms of how the insertion or update of data into the CRM database would take place given that, I believe, it is the standard that all database access take place using the 'CRUD' methods available through theh CRM web service. Can you please advise what the approach here should be?
