I am trying to run Windows Sharepoint Services 3.0 with WSUS 3.0 SP1 installed on the same Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition with SP2.  Because Port 80 is used with both programs, it is causing problems with the installation of an updated for WSUS (Windows server Update Services 3.0 SP2 (KB972455).  The message generated states the following:

Windows Server Update Services 3.0 SP2 Setup cannot continue.  Please resolve the following issues, and then run the Setup again.  Windows Sharepoint Services is installed and is using port 80.  Please re-run and specify a different port.  Please refer to Window sServer Update Services 3.0 SP@ release notes for more information about prerequisites.

I have tried changing the WSS port to 8080 from 80 using IISMGR and even performed an IISRESET and a reboot.  It does this every time I try to run the update.  Any ideas on how to completely move the WSS to a different port entirely to free up Port 80 for exclusive WSUS use?

I want to avoid VM-sprawl, so i would like to keep these on the same server if possible.
