What's this vSphere4 alarm mean?
Most of the other alarms are pretty obvious, but what does this one mean?

Very vague. Could it refer to a Datacenter that has a fault condition. What happens when you look at the alarm in Virtual Center?
hi.. if you log into the vshpere client, and go to the cluster with the error, and under the tab alarms.
Here you will see your errors. go under definitions to see what trigger courses the alarm. in this way we might be able to assist you better finding the exact course.
There have been some errors with the com.vmware.vcIntegrity that is related to the update manager.

cheers guys, sorry i've not responded have been busy as on other things.
now you mention update manager, it might be to do with that as the updates no longer automatically pull down. we need to pull down manually. i'll look into it and let you know how it goes.
