Where are the JMicron RAID Drivers for EVGA X58 Motherboard? In relation to Windows 7 Ultimate Install (F6)

I'm trying to install Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on a computer with an EVGA x58 motherboard. There are two 10,000 rpm Sata drives in a stripe configuration connected to the JMicro sata ports on the board. I can't seem to find the correct drivers during the Win7 setup. It finds the RAID 10 on the Intel ports (live, backed up data) but not the primary c drive which are those two striped disks. Anyone run into this yet? Any idea where I can get the correct drivers to satisfy Win7 so I can load this OS.
(I went to JMicrons website and downloaded all of their JMB36 drivers of which there were many. I've been going through each one - each contains a subfolder called Floppy64 but doesn't load the appropriate drivers to allow the striped set to appear.)

From my research, you don't want JMicron drivers, you want Intel Raid drivers. Grab the intel Matrix software here:

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=17882&lang=eng

If you scroll down, you will see that the X58 is supported.
Sorry, this is the link to get the files to load during the Windows install.

Thanks Nobus, that thread leads me to the JMB36X_WinDrv_R1.17.47WHQL_WIN7_eSATA.zip file. Let me give that a try...

That is for an eSata driver, you are dealing with the internal SATA raid, not the eSATA.
That is correct. I noticed that after I posted the thread...
just scroll down on that page  - there's more :  ftp://driver.jmicron.com.tw/jmb36x/XP_Vista_Win7/
I'm not sure why you guys are still looking at the JMicron drivers. The evga site clearly gives intel drivers for that series of motherboard.
you're right, he should install the intel raid driver
It won't accept the Intel driver because the drives are plugged into the Jmicron chipset ports...
are you sure it is an EVGA X58  ?  nothing else? because jmicron drivers are not mentioned here :
http://www.evga.com/support/drivers/
If you can't download jmicron drivers from eVGA, then the board is not running a jmicron sata chipset. It would also explain why the jmicron drivers are not working for you.

Hey now, was that really necessary?

The fact is that the eVGA site ONLY lists Intel RAID/SATA drivers, and has NO JMicron drivers.  Why in the world would we think that it would have JMicron if eVGA doesn't mention it?

You should be more appreciative of the insight that we try to offer here.  The fact is that YOU came here looking for help, and with the information you provided, we did our best.

There are plenty of other tech support sites out there that would welcome your questions and rude comments.
I'm sorry... I've been so frustrated today with other issues. Please forgive me!
The reason I use this site is truely becasue people like you arixsin do provide TONS of help. Not onl is the help great but it's extreamly fast... I can often ask a question and get an answer in 10 minutes.  That's sweet!
I also shouldn't take out my frustrations (sunday blues) as well as EVGA frustrations on people taking the time out of there day to help me...
sorry again :)
Thank you for that dnscompanies, we are all only human after all......
