Call Transfer not working
Can someone help me understand the following configuration- unable to transfer calls..
transfer-system full consult
transfer-pattern .T
transfer-pattern 1..
secondary-dialtone 0
.
.
ephone-dn 1 dual-line
number 80
pickup-group 10
label ABC 80
description ABC
name ABC
call-forward busy 99
call-forward busy noan 99 timeout 15
There's dual channel for each ephone.
I have a feeling that the "transfer-pattern 1.. " is the culprit. Anyone can explain it for me?

the difference between 1.. and .T is: if you want to transfer the call to any number start with 1 the system will accept only two digits after 1 but if transfer the call to any number other than 1 it will accept any thing.

using Cisco ISR with IP Phone 7942.
So does it mean to transfer to 80, I will press 180 or 80?

we try to do consultative transfer.
whilst on the line, press the Transfer button, then the extension number.
I think it should ring the extension and when they pick up, we should be able to talk to them first before pressing the transfer button again to hand-off the call.

sorry, I couldn't find any configurations under "telephone-service".
I have another Cisco ISR that has working call transfers but also not "telephone-service" configuration.
