Prevent changes to winsock

Hi,

I have decided to use Safe Eyes (Internet Security Filter) on my computer at home.

Now, I've discovered that it is very simple to bypass by resetting the winsock using netsh, terminating the process and renaming the process file.

Is there any way by program or script, to prevent this from happening without removing admin rights and if admin rights are removed will this prevent the issue?

Schriste is right the giving them a seperate account. This will save you LOTS of headaches. haha.
This may also help you, found it online. Open regedit and...

1. Locate to Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
2. Add a Value Name: DisallowRun and set its value to 1.
3. Now Create a SubKey:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\DisallowRun.
4.Create a Value Name it anything, set its value to the Name of the Exe File of the Application to Disable
5. Refresh Window this Trick Does not require Re-Start.
