Emulate Mac OS X Snow Leopard on PC

Is there any software out there that will let me emulate Mac OS on a PC (vista)?  I know you can emulate windows on a mac with parallels.  Is there anyway to install MAC OS on a virtual server?

But as I read the Server EULA,in your link,  although you can run OS X Server in a virtual machine, the virtual machine must be run on a Mac, so you still can't legally run any form of OS X on anything other than Apple hardware.
Right.  As I said "The problem is, that to my knowledge, only Parallels and VMware fusion can do this (both Mac software)."

Therefore the only solution I know of is my xserve recommendation.

Can I install Parallels on a Windows PC and run MAC OS?  I dont care if its legal or not.
Parallels only works on a Mac, so you couldn't do that.

However, if you don't care if it's a sick bird or not, try googling for hackintosh snow leopard.

There's a lot out there, but due to the policies of this website, I can't go into detail.
