Hi Experts,

One user received an e-mail and cannot view its contents in Outlook.  He would like to know whether this problem is being caused by:

1.      the Outlook mail client;
2.      our mail servers; or
3.      something on the client end.

Description of issue:

User A sent an email from a Unix systems  to the User B which is running Outlook 2003. The message arrived to the user B, however, it seems to be encoded or encrypted, and user B is unable to view its contents, and can only see http code, and multiple letters and numbers.

User A says that he can open the email without any problems, and he is almost positive, that the message is not encrypted.

Between the two systems(Unix and Exchange) I have multiple symantec scanners, however, I've been told that everything looks well in those boxes.

Can anyone point me on the right direction?

Thanks in advance
