Windows Xp 64 bits Missing "Mail" icon in Control Panel

I recently ordered 64 bits machines having installing them to run on the network I can't see the mail icon anymore. Infact some on the recently microsoft upgrades have taken off the mail icons on some of the machines. please help.

machine specs optiplex 760 64 bits runs on micrsoft Xp 64 bits.
