Windows Scheduled Task pops up command prompt, I need to run the Java app in background

I have a java application that is meant to run from the command prompt like this:

java myApp.jar

No arguments required.
That app executes in less than a second and needs to run every minute from the Windows Task Scheduler.

My problem is that the command: "java myApp.jar" in Windows Task Scheduler tigers a command prompt window to appear for about a second every other minute when the java application is automatically run...

Is there a solution to make that execution a more discrete one before we decide to toss the solution and go with some other technology?

Thanks, Deve
