Event ID 1023 on Source IMAP4SVC any ideas?
Hi All,
I haver been getting this error message for the last few days now. I was doing some reading on this, and I understand it is something to do with iPhone and Exchange. The user does have iPhone, and our system here in the Office is Windows SBS 2003 with Exchange 2003 SP2. Any ideas on how to solve this or at least remove this message? Anything that will translate the message ID to something I can read, search and delete?

Good point, let me find out.
Thanks,

Thanks,

Out of interest - why are you not using Exchange Activesync for the iPhone? Much easier and better IMHO.

Yes I know, good point indeed. The user just got this iphone, and went ahead with IMAP without my knowledge. This is my next task after the update.
Cheers.

Awesome link/ article! Was it made by you? If I had this few months ago, you could have saved me a lot of head aches... :)
I found all these on the hard way.
Cheers.

Client has been away for two weeks. No chance to implement recommendations. Will update more soon.
No worries - as and when you get a chance.

It worked. Thanks.
