I have read a couple of the posts about Robocopy, but I want to make sure that I get the syntax correct. I want to replace our current MS 2000 file server with a MS 2003 Server. I have the new server setup and ready to go. All staff folders are located under a main folder on the MS 2000 server. For example, say a folder is called Main, then each staff member has a folder with their name inside the main folder. I think using Robocopy would be the best way to copy all the files from the 2000 file server to the 2003 file server. I'm basically looking to mirror the folders from one server to the other each night. How would I use Robocopy to accomplish this?  I'm looking for the commands that I could put into a script that will run each night to copy the Main folder and all the staff folders to the new server, then just the changed files and folders after that.

Thank you!
