photoshop cs3 TWAIN plug-in
The photoshop cs3 was keep crashing on start up so i remove TWAIN plugin from the import-export folder.
photosho works fine.i have to install scaner to make sure that designer can use photoshop to scan.
how do i fix that?

it started to crash after i installed epson perfection 4990 photo.
i now deleted the TWAIN plu-in, so there is no improt option in photoshop.
i asked the designer to use epson tool to scan and He is not happy with it and want his older scaner back !!

what version of MacOS is your customer running?

if you are running Snow Leopard - when you installed the driver, were you prompted to install Rosetta - and did you select Yes?  if not, you can go back and install Rosetta from the Snow Leopard DVD -->Other Installs folder.
