I am trying to get Microsoft's Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager to install in a Windows 7 Professional (x64) environment. I am getting the error: "Microsoft Office 2007 Primary Interop Assemblies -- Error 1316. Setup cannot read from file C:\OTKBCMENURTL\OFFICE\o20

I did these things and have gotten nowhere at all. I copied the setup from the DVD to my HD; made sure that I am logged in as administrator on the box; I even tried using the "compatibility" mode. I downloaded and installed .Net 1.1 b/c I read that this PIA needed it...
