Idenify Capacitor replacement 24v 300uf

This is out of a Compaq Presario 700 us. I know it's not worth much but I would like to replace this damaged Capacitor it controls the cpu fan and the usb. I had gotten some 25v 330uf but it is too big. This has a plastic base and wide connectors.
I need to know what type it is and a link to buy some would be a bonus.

those are solid electrolytic capacitors, and should be replaced by a solid one also, like the one you posted
if you google for solid electrolytic capacitors, you'll find them !

That looks correct and from your picture I did not mention it looked liked a surface mount capacitor, so I'd give it a try.

A solid one being a solid capsule vs the ones with the tops that buldge?
