Spiking uploads

I'm wondering if anyone can help.  I have a customer getting weird spikes when writting a file across the network. The read speeds seem fine but the write speeds see a little off to what they used to get and has a crazy moment towards the end.

Their using a Cisco 48-port SRW2048 is there any way I can adjust the buffer or disable the throttling? Sorry I'm pretty new to the networking side of things.
pls have a look to the manual for this, because i'm not a cisco guru.
Do you may be also have priorized VLANs (VoIP) in that network which may lead to your behaviour?
