I heard theres a club that I can get a membership to that is about $350-$450 a year and gives me access to several software like server and so forth. Has anyone ever heard on this?

No, I dont think i have every heard of this club. Or anything like this

One thing you may be talking about is having a technet subscription it costs $350 a year you can read what you get with it below
