Run jar from IIS

Hello there,

I have a jar file on the server 2003.i want the local users to connect to the server via the broswer,then when they click on the link,i want the jar file to run.how can i do this.

the start.bat file contains 
java -Xms128m -Xmx512m -jar erp.jar

If you want to run it on the client machine (on the browser)
- you should use applets.

you could also create a jnlp and run it using jws

i used to use jnlp,but then since my software is still in production,some of the users do not update their cache and then it creates problem for me.
So till the software is still in production i need to use bat file,so that they use the update version.can you please help me to run jar from browser

can i force jnlp to remove the cache and read freom the server everytime the user closes and open the software

i did not know that you had sent that comment.
EE should somehow let the user know that a new comment has been added before the user goes to the score screen.
