Need Indesign Logo export settings to use it in Word

Hi there.  I have a logo and footer I've created in Indesign, but I need to export it as an image so it can be dropped into a Word document for their letterhead use.

The logo is exporting quite well, however, I'm having quality issues with the footer.

The footer I've created is a serious of textboxes with 8pt text and thin lines.  I've tried producing them as a GIF, PNG and JPEG set at 300dpi 100% to size but the quality is poor - looks quite fuzzy; and even worse when PDF'd from the Word document.

I want optimum quality but want to watch my file size as lots of letters will be created.  This will only be printed inhouse and PDF'd. So NOT FOR COMMERCIAL PRINT.

Text and lines are black and white.

Can anyone tell me what settings are best to use to achieve a high quality image / smallish file size that I can then use in Word? Are there settings that can be turned off to cut down on file size?
