I have used the application in the past. You can use it to uninstall any application you can not get to remove through the normal Add/Remove Tool. But fair warning - It does a ok job but sometimes it will still have remnants. Like for example Zenworks will leave a menu icon in the control panel even though the windows installer cleanup removed everything else. It really should be your last option on how to remove a application.
