You could just add the select part 5 times with a UNION ALL between them.

change this part

WHERE (((tblFundraisingEvent.VolunteerID) = [Forms]![frmFundRaisingEventAngel]![cboCoordinatorID]) And ((tblFEAngleRequirement.FEAngelTypeID) = 2))"

to
'if VolunteerID is number type
WHERE (((tblFundraisingEvent.VolunteerID) = " & [Forms]![frmFundRaisingEventAngel]![cboCoordinatorID] &") And ((tblFEAngleRequirement.FEAngelTypeID) = 2))"

'if VolunteerID is Text type
WHERE (((tblFundraisingEvent.VolunteerID) = '" & [Forms]![frmFundRaisingEventAngel]![cboCoordinatorID] &"') And ((tblFEAngleRequirement.FEAngelTypeID) = 2))"
