Cisco Wireless Controller 4400 or 5500 series?
I am doing an enterprise wireless deployment project. Due to the economy, my budget has been slashed by 90%, which means I'll be doing more of this with my team and less with contractors.
Fortunately, I already have a bit of the hardware including 14 Cisco 1231 APs and 15 Cisco 1142 APs (to cover 300,000 sq.ft.).
I need a controller. I was looking at the 4400 series and the 5500 series. The 4400 is about $4K cheaper. Why should I use a 5500? Should I be looking at something else?

It *supports* N completely, but the 5500 is optimized for the increased throughput that 250 802.11N APs will require.
