Can't connect a mapped drive to Iomega StorCenter ix2

Hi experts,

I have a network with 6 computers. 4 of these computers are connected to a D-Link switch DSS-16+ and the 2 others are connected via an other switch and a gateway. I connected my Iomega StorCenter ix2 on the DSS-16+ switch. I created a couple of folders on my Iomega like "Personal", "Business", "Projects" and so on using my computer also connected to the DSS-16+.

I can map a drive on any computer to the Iomega StorCenter ix2 using for example "\\myIomega\Personal\" except one computer (let's call it my WPC for Weird Problematic Computer!). I can't find why it doesn't work.

The WPC is using Win XP like 4 of the 5 other computers.
The WPC is connected directly to the DSS-16+.
Ping to the Iomega StorCenter ix2 IP address from the WPC is working fine.
I didn't created any users, groups nor activated any security features on the Iomega StorCenter ix2.

Please help,

Does \\[IPAddress]\Personal\ work?

Trying to figure out if it cannot resolve the netbios name or it cannot see the NAS unit at all.

"\\[IP adress]\Personal\" doesn't work...
It's working fine on all the 5 other computers!
I don't know if a setting in Win XP could be the problem...

What Firewall are you using??

I recenlty had an issue with an Iomega StorCenter and AVG 9. I could connect to it fine from my Laptop but my PC would not connect. I tried many solutions and after lots of fruitless attempts I changed the firewall zone to Office.

This fixed the issue instantly.

I can access any other share on the network.
I turned OFF ZoneAlarm and everything seems ok.
I turned it back to ON and mapping to Iomega was not working.
I added its IP address to the safe zones and everything seems to work fine.

Thanks a lot for your quick response!
