Window XP Pro Laptop very slow on applying computer settings

I've attached a usrenv log file - any suggestions would be most welcome!

Sorry folks - the laptop owner skipped her appointment with me and has been out of town.  You've likely all made good suggestions if I could just get my hands on the machine again - in the interest of closing the question how about I just split the points?

Don't know for sure - still can't get my hands on the machine but I don't usually get bad advice here!
