I understand what you want, and the best collection of documentation is at

http://supportconnectw.ca.com/public/cool/2e/2esupp.asp

I don't know of any redbooks on the topic.  Redbooks mostly focus on IBM products (though there are exceptions).  CA publishes their own GreenBooks that serve a similar function, but I don't know of a GreenBook covering 2E.

But first, you need to register with CA, if you don't already have an account:

https://support.ca.com/irj/portal/anonymous/registration

The first link that I sent you earlier has links to white papers, technical documentation.  Again, you'll need to register to get access.

If you just want some basic product information, just go to the Product page and check out the Overview:

http://www.ca.com/us/products/product.aspx?id=1631#overview

And the Product Brief:

http://www.ca.com/files/ProductBriefs/2e-product-brief_160179.pdf

If you want more, there is a nice Getting Started guide: https://support.ca.com/cadocs/1/a004632e.pdf
And a Tutorial:  https://support.ca.com/cadocs/1/a004521e.pdf
