Why is Citrix not logging out users properly after a recent install of a program called SplitView?

We use Citrix at our company and recently installed a new program called Splitview, since then when users are idle to long they get disconnected and are unable to login again. We found when looking at the Access Management Console that the users still showed up in the console but ass disconnected and if you dont log them off they cant log back in.

Did you not have idle disconnects prior to installing SplitView (which I've never used)?

This was instation was done after hours when no body was active.

the session is set to disconnect if idle for 2 hours
