Confusing time i Outlook Calendar

Hi

A problem seen with Outlook Calendar. People use the Subject field to inklude time, as in "Meeting with ABC at 11:00". Then as things often are, the meeting gets rescheduled, let's say to 10 a'clock.

The problem:

When you glance over your Calendar in Outlook and the meetings for the day, you "get" the original message in the Subject field, time and all, even though the meeting now is rescheduled for 10 a'clock, and you show up at the meeting an hour late.

Is there any way to work around this?
 - Showing Sheduled time as the first field, moving the Subject field down one row
 - Filter out numbers from the Subject field?
 - Unistall Outlook for users who keep putting in time in the Subject field...

Any ideas?

It's the guy giving my paycheck that causes the problem.
