So far this Outlook 2007SP2 user on Exch 2007SP2 is not getting any external e-mails. &nbsp;Test from Gmail or yahoo etc never get to her inbox. &nbsp;Internal e-mails arrive as expected. &nbsp;We are using Cached Exchange Mode. &nbsp;No other users in the company are reporting this problem. &nbsp;I checked her account in Outlook Web Accesses and getting a mirror result. &nbsp;Nothing.<br />

Anyone have any advice/tips on where to look for this problem?
