Outlook user not receiving external e-mail

So far this Outlook 2007SP2 user on Exch 2007SP2 is not getting any external e-mails.  Test from Gmail or yahoo etc never get to her inbox.  Internal e-mails arrive as expected.  We are using Cached Exchange Mode.  No other users in the company are reporting this problem.  I checked her account in Outlook Web Accesses and getting a mirror result.  Nothing.

Anyone have any advice/tips on where to look for this problem?

Find the user under recipient configuration > mailbox and right click select properties under email addresses do they have a slid external email address?
