Windows XP Image Load Licensing

All,

I am about to put in approx 13 identical PCs.  They are not going to have an OS loaded and my plan was to use the existing licenses on the current PCs for the new boxes.  I want to be able to load all the necessary software and make an image to load on all the PCs to save time.

I will be using Norton Ghost to load the image.

My question is how to do I load a Windows image and the necessary software and use different product keys?

That would definitely work for just the Windows portion, but I was hoping to be able to install the customer's software also  like Wordperfect, outlook, adobe reader, etc. before making the image.

Just checking that the 13 original PC's don't have OEM licenses as these are not transferable - even if the previous machine is decommissioned/destroyed.

Well, they were all purchased through Dell.. Does that count as OEM?
