How do I download a new IOS image to a Cisco 1841 router onto a new flash memory card

Thanks,
This is exactly what I needed. I copied the new IOS to the New memory card while connected to me laptop, then inserted the memory card into the router, booted the router and I was back in business.
Thanks again.
