How do I get the quota template to update on a sharepoint site collection? I have changed the quota template from 100000 to 150000 MB, in Central Administration, and I am still getting the daily email from Sharepoint that the site is "Approaching SharePoint Web site storage limit".  When I go the site settings, it still shows that the quota is at 100000 MB.  The site was at 96000 MB, but I emptied the recycle bin and now it is at 79000 MB.  In Central Administration, it states that the site is at 79000 MB now and the quota is 150000 MB.  So both the site and central administration show the same site usage, but the quota is not the same.
