What to use for a DB application.

I have an access DB which i created from scratch but i want to move this into a web based application while including a content management system.

I have recently converted my access Db into SQL with no problems and after overcomming quite a few installation/configuration issues with DOTNETNUKE have started using it and feel it is a great CMS. But the available modules are few and far between based on the flexabiltiy I have with Access 2003.

Are there other open source module based cms systems available out there that are more for a DB Application which will more easily match the flexibility i have as far as form design in Access 2003?

thanks
