Backup MBR

I am using DriveCrypt software and it works fine, however the recovery disks do not. What happens is the MBR is stored on a floppy disk, so that if it corrupts on the HD, you boot the floppy and get back into your OS to repair\recover. The HD MBR works fine but the one on the floppy doesn't. I'm wondering if there is a way to copy the MBR from the HD to the floppy without using the DriveCrypt software as it doesn't seem to do it properly?
