Java MANIFEST.MF with Batik classes

I am trying to get my Java program to work outside the Eclipse IDE. I use a bunch of external Jars, including a postgres driver, Jfreechart, and Batik classes.

I have created a MANIFEST.MF file and I THINK its working correctly since I am connecting just fine with my postgres db. However, my program can't seem to find all the Batik classes that it needs to work.

I have attached the MANIFEST.MF file, as well as the Java exception I am getting -- showing that it can't find the GVTTreeBuilderListener class.

Can anyone find any errors in my MANIFEST.MF file? Do you think I have included all the necessary Batik Jar files in my MANIFEST.MF file? For example, which jar file is the GVTTreeBuilderListener located? do I have it listed in my MANIFEST.MFfile? Why can't my java program find it?
