Apple Mail and Exchange 2003

I need a solution for my Apple Mail similar to Exchange ActiveSync for iPhone.  My company only allows ActiveSync to access company mail without making a VPN connection.  I can access OWA over the web, but it also requires that I first log in with a SecurID, then login to the OWA.  I am running Snow Leopard, but the Exchange built into it on support Exchange 2007 EWS and Imap, neither of which I can use.  Does anyone know of a solution where I can access mail from my Apple Mail program using the same ActiveSync credentials. I am also running Parallels, but again, even Microsoft Outlook does not have Exchange ActiveSync.

Plugin?  Other Software?  Hack?

RPC over HTTPS is not for Apple. It is an Outlook only solution. It has nothing to do with ActiveSync.

If that is the only protocol that is allowed then you will be unable to connect to the server remotely from your MAC. There will be a reason why that restriction is in place.

It was mentioned that Parallels is being used to access outlook, so I took a stab at an outlook only solution.
Entourage can connect to OWA. You could always try that.
In the box where you put the exchange server you could put your OWA address and see what it does.
No harm in trying :-)

I tried this solution several times before to no avail.  I tried again last night, and had success.  I am running office on my VM, so I'm all set now.
