Blackberry Server issue - user not started

Trying to activate 3 users on a Blackberry server running on a 2003 St box connecting to Exchange 2007 running on SBS 2008.

Getting User Not Started error in event logs. When servics are stop and user does the activation he gets the activation email in the inbox. I restarted the BB services and check logs. Please see below and advise

yes, looks like permissions issue

BESadmin seem to have all relevant permissions

I ran the IEMSTest.exe tool and gives me error saying:

s/cn=SVR-SBS08-DC01/cn=Microsoft Private MDB.
Susan .......... Mailbox opened successfully.
Root Folder opened successfully.
Failed to create a folder in Susan DeMars's mailbox.

so here is a clue, just don't know where to fix it

I ran this command twice

get-mailboxserver <mail_server_name> | add-adpermission user BESAdmin accessrights GenericRead, GenericWrite, ExtendedRight extendedrights Send-As, Receive-As, ms-Exch-Store-Admin

and that fixed the permissions
