Form Mail Trouble

I am having trouble getting my form mail script to work with my new hosting.  I am using Godaddy Linux servers.  I am getting the script to run and the email is sent but with "NO" data going through.  I have no idea why.  Any help is greatly appreciated or another scipt would be fine too.  Thank you
