Outlook 2007 Language problem

A client has an Office PC running XP Pro SP3 Greek with Office 2003 Professional (Greek) installed.

She bought 2007 (English version) and I uninstalled 2003 and installed 2007 together with the Office 2007 Greek Language pack.

On opening Outlook it migrated the .pst file perfectly and all the folder names displayed correctly (Greek characters displaying correctly), even before changing primary language to Greek.

She also bought a new laptop Windows 7 HP English with Office 2007 (English).

I installed the Office Greek Language pack and then copied her PST file over from her PC.

Unfortunately, the folder names and contact headings all show as unreadable characters - it doesn't recognise the Greek characters, irrespective of whether I set the default language to Greek ( which correctly shows all the menus in Greek).

I'm stuck.

I suppose it's because the OS is English rsther than Greek - is there a way around this?
