A second OWA Virtual Directory in IIS6.0 on a Windows Exchange 2003 Backend Server?

Can I create a second OWA Virtual Directory in IIS6.0 on a Windows Exchange 2003 Backend Server?

The problem: I have a site that is used to authenticating internally and externally using forms authentication.  A new application has been installed requiring forms authentication to be turned off so it may read and write data to the users mailbox.

The Solution: Im looking for is to create another instance of OWA and have the application connect to this with forms based authentication turned off.  This way I will be able to maintain the existing system that the users are comfortable using and provide the correct form of authentication for the application.

Can anyone point me in the direction of an article on how to set this up or provide some advice?
